Windows 10: Windows 10 System Liscence Violation

Hi, my pc was always running perfectly we can say that without counting that it is extremly slow i don't know why, i wanted to try windows 11 now i don't wan't anymore, my pc will take a hour to boot it so i put my usb to boot windows 11 instalation because the direct install told me my processor was too bad it's real but it don't boot my usb, just windows 10 and the bsod system liscence violation, after that it puts a black screen. I tried to put off my usb and other usb and it don't changed anything. I tried to boot an usb windows 10 installation i really changed everything in bio

Blue screen errors (stop codes) are caused either by hardware or software failures within the system. Sometimes, these are caused by incompatible drivers within your computer. For us to isolate the issue about receiving a blue screen error saying License
Violation, kindly respond to the question below:

• When does the blue screen error appear? Is it before signing in to Windows 10? Or, is it when launching an app?
• What is the exact error code that you receive?

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

I have a pretty old sony vaio laptop from 2012, everything works fine but I recently installed an equalizer program and after I restarted I got a blue screen saying License Violation, Windows auto repair dosen't work and I don't know what to do anyone
have any suggestions or can help me with this problem?
