Windows 10: windows 10 system missing

mijn windows 10 heeft bestanden verwijdert waaronder een internet adapter system en ik weet niet hoe ik dat terug kan krijgen dus ik zit nu zonder pc in een moeilijke tijd, want ik heb mijn pc volgende week nodig voor school werk en meer dingen maar ik kan dus niks zonder internet. MAAR de ziggo app die op mijn pc staat zegt dat ik internet heb maar edge zegt van niet antwoord a.u.b zo snel mogelijk

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
