Windows 10: Windows 10 System Restore Problem - Has corrupted the Start Menu, Teams and Outlook

Hello,I had an issue with teams after installing a windows update whereby I could not receive incoming video. After trying many solutions to fix this I decided to carry out a system restore to the pre-update state. Since doing this I can no longer access my start menu I keep getting a critical error. I have no access to type anything in my search box to initiate command prompt or run etc.. I have tried to carry out another system restore but keep getting a message: System Restore failed to replace the file C:\Users\JYWE\Onedrive - The Bike Project with its original

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.
