    windows 10 system-service-exception problem


    Hi, i cannot load into my PC without this error appearing and constantly restarting my PC. The desktop dosen't load anymore so i can't access any recovery features. It wont load into safe mode and it wont reset either in part or fully. I have no back up disc as it is a spare PC used for wordprocessing mainly so i never felt the need. It is a windows 7 upgrade version im using and i have tried many remedies but to no avail. I did update most of the drivers when i could access the desktop for a small period of time but now i cannot get windows to load anymore without the error restarting. The C drive was checked with no issues but the problem has gotten worse to a point rendering the computer unuseable. Please help. Thanks.

    SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION on Windows 10

    i have done all the same steps which are given in the instruction just there is a difference of version.

    Still it gives blue Screen "System Service Exception".
