Windows 10: Windows 10, system/sound/mouse curser stuttering after update

Hello,yesterday I updated from win10 1909 to windows 10 19042, because microsoft seems to stop supporting win10 build 1909. Since then my computer lagged extremely - at the first 5 minutes after reboot i could barely move my curser, later i was able to use and move the curser but every half second the curser kind of stutters and stops until it starts moving again. The same stuttering is observable if hearing music or watching a video. The screen and sound stutters every now and then. Also the system and download speed is slower than usual.I had the same issue some months ago, back then i just

Win 10 - Dual monitor and Mouse/System? stutter

Hi,

I have install Win 10 on a new 2700x build with a XFX RX570 video card. I have an issue I am attempting to deal with.

1) The mouse stutters when I extend the desktop to my second monitor. Stutter = moving the mouse, it will freeze for a short time and then move. It does this constantly. Now I think this is system wide, but the mouse is just want caught my attention/focus.
I see the same behaviour when typing - letter display in notepad stutters, and behaviour in playing video - play back stutters.

If do not extend the desktop to the second monitor the issue goes away. I have tried the latest drivers for the graphics card, mouse, adjusted settings for the mouse (before I saw the behaviour in the keyboard and video), USB power management, windows update
and more I am forgetting.

Suggestions?

Windows 10 fully updated. Mouse freezes now and then.

I am a Java dev, hence i need java *Stick Out Tongue I run windows update when im not really using the network. I had a 80mbps plan and windows update would saturate the whole bandwidth.

I dont need a software sheild because i have a common sense. I have gone a long long time without any antivirus. Only recently did i pick up one. I went around 4 years without any issues.

This IS a clean install unfortunately. I wish i never went away from 8.1 *Frown

Hmm need to see how to do that.

GUYS i have noticed that when i am playing and it stutters, the mouse control actually transfers from the game i am playing to the desktop!!

I tried this by putting taskmanager above all other windows and then playing a game. WHenever it stutters, i can see mouse moving across task manager. :/
