    Windows 10 task bar transparency Gone after amd drivers installation.


    I have windows 10 2004 And a rx 5500 XT.


    After I install the any official driver for the gpu. the taskbar stop being transparent.

    Its transparent when the drivers aren't installed.

    I had the same problem with my R7 260x


    There's a way to fix this? or only amd can do something about it?

    1909 18363.836 Loss on taskbar transparency with AMD drivers. but transparency with basic windows graphic driver.

    Hope someone can help here.

    I have windows 10 version 1909 build 18363.836

    With AMD Adrenaline drivers (Any rx 5700 hardware supported version) installed, i lose taskbar and menu transparency.

    Have tried the "Settings" options for transparency but with no effect.

    Have tried the Group Policy modifications but with no effect.

    Have tried the various suggested registry tweaks but with no effect.

    I DID however notice that i have taskbar transparency using the
    Basic Windows graphics driver.

    I would just stic the Basic Windows driver but i need the AMD gpu driver installed for various application support.

    I realize this is a AMD driver incompatibility issue,, but the people here at the MS community seem to have more knowledge.

    Any thoughts?

    System:

    Windows 10 1909 18363.836

    AMD Ryzen 3 3200G

    Gigabyte B450 DS3H motherboard.

    16gb of Ram running at 3200mHz

    512gb M.2 PCIe SSD

    Sapphire RX 5700 xt Pulse.

    Windows 10 Defender - How to make it default to task bar?

    Using Windows 10 and currently I am using Defender for anti virus. For whatever reason Windows Defender does not show up in the task bar unless I search for the program or right click and scan a file/folder. Is there a way to force Defender to show up in the task bar at start up?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
