Windows 10: windows 10 task manager show cpu not at 100%

    Hi I'm inquiring about a possible bug with windows 10 task manager.When I'm running any heavy loads games and such, my Laptop processor never went pass 50% at all.Especially noticeable when playing games it just doesn't fun at full CPU, I even tried run games not recommended for my laptop only my igpu tanked the load, I'm guessing this is some kind of bug or some kind of hardware limitation im not sure.And if its my cpu actually running lower that what is suppose to run then thats kinda bad.Laptop specs is:Amd ryzen 5 3500u8 GB ramVega 8 gpusame thing for my available ram it bearly changes i

    CPU constantly at 100% in task manager

    That is exactly what I did previously. I tried setting max to 80% to test and task managers cpu displays constant 80% instead of 100% on the performance tab and 80% above the cpu column in the users tab. Sadly it has no effect but thank you for the suggestion.

    So you didn't understand. Change the active plan to some other plan and change max/ min processor state values (not CPU) to something other than min %100 and max %100

    Just as a test.
