Windows 10: Windows 10 Taskbar Always on TOP.

Hello I recently Updated my Windows 10 and my taskbar seems to be on top of everything.

Borderless Games, Youtube Full Screen etc.

Is there a way to fix that problem without having to "Automatically hide the task bar in Desktop Mode?"

Windows 10 - Taskbar - "Always On Top"

Please add the old setting for "Always On Top" for windows 10 like in windows 7. I use auto hide and always on top at the same time.
