Windows 10: Windows 10 taskbar icons and open tab appears delyed after boot

I have windows 10 OS & it's timely updated. However, I have noticed that after booting taskbar icons & opened I have windows 10 OS & it's timely updated. However, I have noticed that icons & tab opened, that doesn't appear in task bar after booting. It takes @8-10 minutes delayed. In case, I minimize any open tab, I can't reopen from taskbar and have to wait it's indication there. I have performed clean boot as per steps mentioned on page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t... , provided by one of the expert on forum. The windows 10 is most troublesome OS as com

Wifi icon not appearing in taskbar

If ending the task in Windows Explorer did not resolve your concern, we recommend restarting the Windows Explorer. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click the taskbar to open the Task Manager.
• Locate Windows Explorer under Processes tab.
• Right-click Windows Explorer, then click Restart.

The wireless icon should be visible now on your taskbar.

Mail & Edge won't appear along taskbar & no icons are appearing for either.

I have run the SFC and a clean boot as you suggest but the problem persists.

Another little example of the problem is I opened the Calculator app for use recently, and upon minimising it the icon did not appear on the taskbar below and so Calculator became no longer retrievable from that point.

I have now managed to pin the Mail app to the taskbar, but this was only achieved by finding an old email and opening it through Mail which was set as the default program. Mail still does not appear in the programs list.

Any further suggestions?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• 
  From the Windows 10 desktop, right-click on the taskbar, then select Properties to open the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties box.
  
• 
  In the Taskbar tab, left-click the Customize... button on the right of 'Notification area:' to open the Settings/SYSTEM/Notifications & actions window.
  
• 
  In that window, under Quick actions, left-click on 'Select which icons appear on the taskbar' to open the Settings/SELECT WHICH ICONS APPEAR ON THE TASKBAR window.
  
• 
  In that window, a list of icons are displayed with their names and on/off switches. Find the Volume icon and select the switch to On. Close the window.
  
• 
  You may have to restart Windows for this change to take effect.
  

Check if it helps.

I hope the volume icon will be back in the taskbar.

And as a work around, I suggest you to download and install the latest Bluetooth drivers from your computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.
