Windows 10: Windows 10 taskbar keeps flashing black and then returning to normal

Discus and support Windows 10 taskbar keeps flashing black and then returning to normal in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; as i mention in the title my Pc taskbar keeps flashing blaack then returning to normal i've checked it and it other forum and triedto sfc/scannow dism...     Windows 10 taskbar keeps flashing black and then returning to normal


    as i mention in the title my Pc taskbar keeps flashing blaack then returning to normal i've checked it and it other forum and triedto sfc/scannow dism scan tried to do complete recovery also tried restoro and other malwarebytes programs and its still Keeps happeningany help would be apprecitatedi run windows 10

    Windows 10 has caused the desk top to keep flashing and icons being used are not appearing on the Task bar

    After installing a windows 10 Update the desktop started flashing everytime I restarted and the Start menu stopped showing. I could not access all the Apps listings,power, Edge, weather, etc.

    Somehow, that has returned but the desktop keeps flashing for sometime on Startup and NO icons on Taskbar tray.

    I have tried to make the icons appear on the Taskbar from Settings /Notifications, but as soon as clicked on it closses !!

    I have asked this question before but cannot find the response which suggested going into Powershell. i did that but it would not accept the Command.

    please can you help.
