Windows 10: Windows 10 taskbar not loading on startup

So when I start up my pc, my taskbar does not show any app, just window and search buttons. A few seconds later, the apps will eventually show, but just takes an uncomfortable amount of time. Also, the Windows app drawer quick access or whatever you call it is also not there. Just checks and I am up-to-date with updates.



Has anyone else experienced this?

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Windows tries to load deleted program at startup

This is a slightly annoying problem but every time that I startup windows 10 it tries to load Asus Ai Suite 3 but I uninstalled that program a while back and windows always gives errors when it tries to load ai suite.

I have gone through to the best of my ability the programs that are supposed to load on startup and ai suite is not listed among them and I have gone through Add Remove programs and it is not listed there anymore either.

I'm guessing maybe another program is trying to load ai suite but I have no idea what it is. I have also noticed that windows always loads more programs at startup than what it says will load when I look at the list of startup programs. So it is obviously not a complete list. For example keybot loads automatically but is not even on the list of startup apps nor is MAGIX Pcmaintain Service and those both startup automatically.

Does anyone have any idea how to stop it from trying to load the program?

Windows Defender won't load at startup of Windows 10

Thank you all for the reminder on the McAfee Consumer Product Removal Tool (MCPR.exe)!

I ran the removal tool 3 times, and rebooted my system between each run. But Windows Defender still is not loading at startup. I have it pinned to my taskbar and have to manually load it still.

Could it be that I have the program pinned to my taskbar? I have all the settings: turned on, inside Windows Defender, so could it mean that I need to reinstall Windows Defender? If so, what are the correct steps to reinstalling Windows Defender?

I ran Windows Update again too, and it says that everything's current on my system.

Anymore suggestions or help would be appreciated greatly because this is really driving me insane!
