Windows 10: Windows 10 taskbar settings don't match behaviour

    This is happening when I have 2 monitors and I unplug the primary monitor and then reconnect it. After reconnecting, I see the taskbar buttons behave as if the setting "Show taskbar buttons on" is set to "Main taskbar and taskbar where window is open", but when I look in the Taskbar Settings, it's actually set to "All taskbars". In order to see it behave correctly, I have to change the setting and when I change back to "All taskbars" it works again.Steps: Make sure "Show taskbar buttons on" setting is set to "All taskbars".Unplug HDMI from primary monitor.Reconnect monitor.See that the second

    I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

    1.Go to
    Settings > Time & language >
    Region & language.

    2.Select
    Add a language.

    3.Select the language you want to use from the list, then choose which region's version you want to use. Your download will begin immediately.

    Nice, no answers what so ever... still can`t open new notifications, still right-click don`t work on taskbar... and still no answer as to why
