Windows 10: Windows 10 telling me to sign out and sign in. Where?

For history, I do not keep my files in the cloud. I don’t see the point of keeping my files somewhere I cannot access without internet. Say the internet was down and I wanted to play games to pass the time. I couldn’t do that if my game files were all in the cloud, could I?This morning my Norton advised me there was an iCloud update. I clicked the button like a good girl, the computer gave a spiel about restarting, and then my morning went down the toilet. My background is gone on both desktop and log in screen. Is there a list of Windows executables which are signed?

I'm looking for a list of windows executables, dll's and services which are known to be signed. There are many execuatable which are part of OS but are not digitally signed, I need a list that will tell me which ones are signed by default. Such list could then be used to detect discrepancies!

 

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.
