Windows 10: Windows 10 text looking weird

After a system restart, all of the text and icons on my screen look uneven. For example, the two letter L's in the word "all" have a different pixel thickness. They have "shadows" almost. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my display drivers. Is there anything else that I could do to fix this problem? Thanks!

Also, this is not happening on my second monitor.

Weird text outlining- Windows 10

Before we proceed, I need more information to help you better.

  What is the exact issue that you’re facing with Windows 10?

  What exactly do you mean by weird text outlining?

  Are you facing any issue with applications?
  

In the screenshot, I am unable to see any weird outlining. But if you are seeing any issue with the display then I suggest you to try installing all the pending Windows Updates and check for the issue. If the issue still persists then try changing
the resolution and check.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
