Windows 10: Windows 10 text suggestions STOPPED working, all settings ok

Hello,

My Windows 10 text suggestions STOPPED working. All settings are ok, tried with a different Windows account and did not work.

I could not find the suggested English adicional feature in
Settings -> System -> App & features -> Manage Optional features -> English GB/US typing.
Could this be downloaded somewhere? If so, where?

To enable text suggestion on your Lumia 640, you may follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings under your App list.

2. Search for Keyboard.

3. Tap the keyboard you're using to make changes.

4. Check the checkbox for "Suggest text".

Suggest Text not working

I have just upgraded my Lumia 640 XL to Windows 10. Now the suggest text does not work even though I have it selected under keyboard settings. Suggestions?
