Windows 10, The scroll bars on the side of my screen aren't working properly.

When I use the mouse to scroll down, or up, it zaps really fast and goes randomly back to the top or bottom of the list. This started yesterday in File Explorer - I couldn't access specific folders of photos needed for my work - just kept zapping to the bottom. Also when I did get to a specific photo a super fast slideshow took over and took me to the end of the folder. Now same problem with scroll bar in Settings.

    :)

  3. TPU review scroll bar

I was wondering if there was any specific reason the buttons to scroll down the list of reviews was stuck in the bottom left-hand corner? Whenever I want to read reviews, I always have to move my cursor and aim it at a small arrow that scrolls the reviews... I'd suggest that instead of making the arrows small and in a corner, it would be better placed to the sides of the review bar.

Something like this (yes, I know it's crappy but it took 5min to make):

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
