Windows 10: Windows 10 thinks i'm not connected to the internet

Discus and support Windows 10 thinks i'm not connected to the internet in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; My computer thinks I'm not connected to the internet, therefore my OneNote is not allowing me to upload since it thinks I have no internet connection....     Windows 10 thinks i'm not connected to the internet


    My computer thinks I'm not connected to the internet, therefore my OneNote is not allowing me to upload since it thinks I have no internet connection.


    I've used the trouble shooter, it has attempted to fix, but the problem remains

    I've attempted to setup a static ip with on computer and via my router, it works after reboot but eventually gets set back to original defaults.


    This is a very frustrating experience.


    I also notice this message in Power Point "We can't upload or download your changes because your cached credentials have expired."


    Is there a utility that will clear cache, I have no idea what this is tied to, i'm in PowerPoint.?
