Windows 10: Windows 10 thinks my drawing tablet is a keyboard!

Hi there!

for some reason when i was installing a driver for my drawingtablet, i closed the install process by mistake before it was finished, and after that, my drawingtablet wasnt working. I tried t install the drivers again but my pc cant detect any drawing tablets.

when I go to the control panel --> printer and devices i can see that my pc thinks that my tablet is a keyboard, so that why he cant detect any tablets.
I tried and resetted my laptop, i did a backup, recovery, but it all didnt work!

can you please help me?

To make your drawing tablet work with Windows 10,

• Simply connect the ISM 2.4G USB receiver into your computer to start drawing
  wirelessly. Else, connect the tablet to your computer with the USB cable provided.
  
• Download the latest driver from the
  XP PEN website, for the tablet to function.
  
• After successful installation of driver, a driver icon will appear in your system tray and on your desktop. If the driver isn’t present,
  Uninstall the driver and Reboot the machine before you
  repeat the same steps.

Using android tablet as drawing tablet for windows

Sorry I should have said drawing tablet. What I meant was to use the tablet to draw/handwrite on my screen.

Aside are apps like virtual tablet s-pen... safe? the android part is through google store so I think safe, but the windows part is not through the microsoft store
