Windows 10: Windows 10: "This app can't run on your PC" when Startup Laptop

When I startup my laptop, It's always display "This app can't run on your PC" as below picture. It's happen on 3 days ago and I don't know which app occur on this.I try to Update Windows to last updated. But still cannot fix it.I try to disable every Startup Apps and some Services as much as I can. But still cannot fix it.I try to run command "sfc /scannow". But still cannot fix it.I set the User Account Control Settings to "Never Notify". But still cannot fix it.For more information. I use Norton 360 as an Antivirus and disable Windows Defender. And I used it for many years and doesn't has a

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

 

Adding programs to startup with Windows 7?

You could add entries to the registry to launch the apps on startup, but it's easier to just add them to the startup foler as Newt suggested.
