Windows 10: Windows 10 throttling my GIG internet

I have GIG speed internet but only getting 300-400 mps tops. 2 PC's Windows 10 up to date, network drivers up to date.

New line from pole to house, new connections inside, tried 3 different Comcast GIG modems. Cat 5e attached. Comcast checked speed right at the ethernet connection at PC, getting 800 to 900 mps, soon as I plug in speed goes down.

Gaming PC high end everything, after 4th time Comcast came out they basically said I am getting GIG speeds.

Why is windows 10 limiting my speed?

Microsoft Internet Explorer renamed to Windows Internet Explorer ?




Since version 7 of the world`s most popular web browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer was silently renamed to Windows Internet Explorer.Such a step from Microsoft is not a surprise since Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operation system for a long time.Obviously Microsoft corp. wants to state that Internet Explorer is already considered as a part of Windows and not as an external browser (remember the IE and WMP law issues last year!?).
