Windows 10: Windows 10 thumbnails not showing after seeking support for days

So on my Windows 10 computer the VIDEO, not image, Thumbnails do not show no matter what i do, ive tried everything the internet has to offer to no success, each time its just fail after fail, Resetting Thumbnail Cashe, nope, Selecting thumbnails always show instead of icons, Nope, nothing has worked and microsoft are such cowards they refuse to allow me to actually email a real support staff to figure out whats wrong

I've seen this loads of times even after fresh installs.

Check that all folders and subfolders are general items template and that includes all libraries and connected drives.




Go to root of every drive and check each and every top level folder that's listed and make sure they are all set like this to include subfolders.

Also I don't think that it will help but when you've finished using your computer run a disk check from command line:

chkdsk /f /r

Reboot. It might take a while.

List installed software. You can export a list using the portable GeekUninstaller:

Changed everything to general including subfolders. Onedrive disabled, restarted as well, ensured its not on.

So the issue starts in this sequence. First it shows a list of files, and their names go blank one by one until its all gone and then all the files load. When the files load, it'll be all blank white pages. And then if I close explorer and reopen I get nothing and a green bar loading.
