    Windows 10 Title Menu buttons are misaligned with the pointer


    When Microsoft apps are on my laptop screen, occasionally the title bar menu buttons are misaligned with the mouse cursor. If I want to use the "Restore", "Move", "Minimize", etc. buttons on the menu, I have to find where on the screen the mouse cursor thinks they are to select them. It does not happen if I move the app over to my extended monitor display. I have only noticed it happens with Microsoft Office apps. It could think the menu is to the right or left, doesn't seem to discriminate, the severity of the misalignment can change from instance to instance, and it doesn't happen all the ti
