Windows 10: Windows 10 to 11 stuck at 82%

Hello there, i have a brand new PC and put win 10 pro on it. Today in the morning 10 am I started the Upgrade on win 11. And after 30 minutes or so it stucked at 82% and didn't continued since. I've read a few cases where people had the same issue and needed to start the upgrade again. How does the procedure exactly looks like? How do I restart the PC so it doesn't blow up? Thanks for any advice

Windows 8 to 8.1 upgrade stuck on 82%

I got a hand-me-down computer that was on Windows 8, when I upgraded it 8.1 the “setting up” thing is stuck on 82%. I searched and a lot of them said to unplug my charger, I did, still 82%. More searching, nothing. So now I have a Lenovo Laptop that is
on Windows 8, in the process of upgrading to 8.1, unplugged, stuck on 82%

Ok it actually manage to complete the upgrade after being stuck 22 hours at 82% amazing

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
