I'm having problems upgrading my laptop from Windows 10 Home to Windows 11.It has the following specsevice Name DESKTOP-89599G2 Processor IntelR CoreTM i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB 31.7 GB usable Storage 1.82 TB SSD Samsung SSD 980 PRO 2TB Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce MX250 2 GB, IntelR UHD Graphics 128 MB Device ID 22A3DB35-8988-48B7-901C-246C5E5DAC90 Product ID 00326-10000-00000-AA840 System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points Here are the results from setupdiagresults.log.Matchin

Error with windows update, trying to install the November update of windows 10

The Installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation.

I have done the DISM stuff the SFC stuff and even did a full CLEAN install of windows 10 losing all my programs and that's how i got the error i listed above. I downloaded the patch using the Windows Media tool as the windows update wont seem to download it and say it will try again later. It always seems to fail on one of the restarts.

Any Idea how to get the November update installed? Oh and now some of my programs are saying im missing MSVCP100.dll and trying to go to the download page at Microsoft just says try again later.

When I try to upgrade to Windows 10, the installation fails and rolls back to my previous operating system with the error:
