  1. Windows 10 Top Left Keyboard Issues

So I've been having this issue where my Tilde, 1, tab, caps lock, q, and a keys stop working for no reason for periods of time. It's been this way for much longer this time though. The repeat rate of the keys is bad and I have to spam them A LOT if I want to use multiple of them at the same time. Holding down any key then holding down q basically never works. Also it does this weird thing where if I hold down multiple of the keys it changes the volume. If I hold down s and a and then

    :)
