    Windows 10 notification on windows 10 Insider Preview

    Navneet, from your reply, I understand.that it will not be possible to update from the TP version to the release version of Windows 10. Is this correct?

    Having upgraded my windows 7 to the TP, how do I remove the TP to restore windows 7?

    Windows 10 notification on windows 10 Insider Preview

    Hopefully posted in correct topic forum.........................

    I've been notified of impending windows 10 update on both my laptop and desktop running windows 8.1.

    The desktop is a dual boot system with windows 7 as (an original) boot option. I "upgraded" windows 7 with windows 10 TP and have been running this since first release and now running release 10130.

    Not had any notification that the TP will have option to go to full windows 10 on release. Will a notification be forth coming ?

    Can I remove TP and revert to windows 7 to keep this?? I checked system restore and only restore available to me is dated today and entitled "windows Module Installer". There are no other points.

    Windows 10 TP for phones released

    You may just void it's warranty. You may still be able to return it and get a supported phone.

    I don't care about warranty, I only bought it to play windows 10 on and all the phones that are currently supported are not very good.

    I suppose I'll have to wait it out for a newer build.
