Windows 10: Windows 10 transfer to same device but newer parts?

I have an OEM: nonslp license for windows 10, can I upgrade my motherboard and other parts and still have the same windows 10 license, or can I only upgrade everything else other than my motherboard?If it's so I need a new windows license, will I be able to just power on my computer and not need to reinstall windows 10 so that i can buy a new license?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
