Windows 10: Windows 10: Transparency effects only work on 1 of 2 screens

I had to completely reinstall windows 10 home, currently running 21H2 Build 19044.1645.Laptop: MSI GS43VR 6RE with intel HD graphics 530 and nvidia geforce gtx 1060.I'm using an external monitor via HDMI through the nvidia card.I switched on transparency effects in the settings screen right click on desktop -> personalise -> colours for taskbar, startmenu, action center and login screen blur which all works fine on the built-in laptop monitor screen 1 but does not work on the external monitor screen 2, meaning the taskbar etc. is see-through on screen 1 but solid on screen 2.I use

I've just installed a windows 10 and when selecting the option of Transparency Effect in the Personalization settings my taskbar became totally invisible and transparent, which is a very pretty looking thing. However, after restarting my laptop, it just became
normal, I tried to switch the Transparency Effect on and off but still, nothing changes. Any solution for this?

I have came across with an issue in windows 10. I can't seem to get transparency effects to work, it only works for a second and makes it a solid color again.

After a recent update in Windows 10, I am seeing that every time I open my laptop the transparency effect of the task bar turns to a deep blue color. When i check in the settings it shows that the transparency effect is still on. Is this some kind of bug,
please help.
