Windows 10: Windows 10 Troubleshoot - Advanced Options missing

I have a problem with a W10 build in that when I boot into Advanced Start-up the some of the options are missing (e.g. Command Prompt).

This is the history of my build.

1. Initial install of W7 onto a 3TB hard disk (I subsequently realised I was only seeing 2TB of the drive due to using a MBR (not GPT) disk format.

2. Upgrade to W10 (I had 'normal' Advanced Start-up options at this point)



3. Converted my disk from MBR to GPT using this method (Convert Windows 7/8/10 Installation from Legacy to UEFI Without Data Loss (Simpler Method) - YouTube), I shrunk a partition and added an UEFI one at the end of the disk.

4. My system boots file using UEFI but I now have lost some/most of the Advanced Options.




This is my current partition info.




My C: drive is partition 2, D: is partition 4. Partition 5 is the new UEFI partition I created.

Any thoughts appreciated.

I would love to "reset" Windows 10, but the only option available in "Troubleshoot" is "Turn off PC".

Is there any way to recover options in Recovery? Thanks, The

Sorry, but that's not my problem. I can get there easy, there's nothing there. The options that are

supposed to be available when you hit "Troubleshoot" are missing. The only option is "Shut down

PC". I am having corrupted profile problems and I could really use those advanced troubleshooting

options. Has anyone experienced this and had a fix? Thanks - TPFC

 

From an elevated command prompt, please run reagentc.exe /info and post the results.

Also, what files are in partition 5 that you created?
