Windows 10: Windows 10 unable to access any USB flash drives - "Access denied"

Hello,

Since recently my Windows 10 PC is unable to open any USB sticks. It always displays an error massage:"Location is not avaliable. Access denied.". I tried changing the ownership settings but I am unable to do that too. Another massage is displayed:"Unable to set new owner". I tried the same exercise through CMD takeown /f e:\ and chkdsk /f e:\ in administrator mode but the error is still there.


My account is of administrator type and I also tried creating another administrator account but that didn't work too.


However, one thing worked for once-I changed some settings in gpedit.msc-Computer configuration -> Administrative templates -> System -> Removable storage access -> Removable disks: deny execute/read/write access and All removable Storage classes: Deny all access. I think I set them all to Disabled and it worked for once until I restarted the PC. Now it doesn't metter whether they are enabled or disabled because I still get the error in both cases.
