Windows 10 Unable to access full 128GB RAM

Hi, I have built a new system,AMD 3950xNvidia 3090128GB G.Skill 4000MHz 4x32GB DDR48K ScreenI have noticed since running my system, it does not get over 20GB of mem usage.Once it gets close to 20GB the whole system gets very slow and if I keep pumping the apps, it literally grinds to a halt and everything just stops completely. I have tried to mess around with the page file size in 'advanced system settings' and still nothing really works. I also messed around with the bios but didnt do too much. I have done mem tests with memtest64 and prime95Memtest says the log below: 19.485: Memory locking

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

  3. Windows 10 Upgrade version and Ram

I am currently running Windows 7 pro 64 bit with 32GB Ram, if I accept the upgrade to 10 what version will I get, as I have found 2 different answers to how much RAM windows 10 will recognize.

    • 128GB
    • 10GB (home)
    • 512GB (Pro)
What is the correct amount and since I have a pro 64bit version will I get the 10 Pro version.
