Windows 10: Windows 10 UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION

Whenever I start up my PC with Windows 10 installed on it, it gives me about 5 minutes until it bluescreens with the stopcode "UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION" so I can't do commands like "sfc /scannow" to fix the corrupted or maybe missing files. One time it had a Windows update and that bought me a little bit of time so my PC could complete "sfc /scannow." Ever since then I had left it on and today it was being slow so I decided to restart it. Bad idea. Now it's doing the same thing. Somebody help.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
