Windows 10: Windows 10 Unresponsive Settings App, Unresponsive Search Bar, Right click property

HI Every one ,I have installed windows 10 image on Lenovo laptop from our global cooperate SCCM server. When you login with the first account/ user , everything work fine such as the setting , search and file property etc . But when i try to login with different account/user the setting , search and file property become un responsive or take very long time to load. I tried many user accounts but it only works fine with the first account, ii also tired Dell laptop , the issue is still the same. Please help and thank you.Thanks

Taskbar and settings unresponsive

Recently, my Dell computer's taskbar has not been working. When I click on the Window's logo, type to search bar, or any of the tools in the right corner, they are unresponsive. I also am not able to open my settings. I have tried to open them through right
clicking on my desktop > display settings > then a message that says "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default App Settings page"
appears. I have tried restarting my computer multiple times.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

 

Unresponsive Settings App, Unresponsive Search Bar, and Wrong Icon Shortcuts Appearances

Hello, today I ran into multiple problems on my PC. My settings page is being unresponsive. Cannot access non of the sub-settings. Can't even update Windows. Another thing is when I go and click the search bar on the bottom left corner to search something,
nothing happens. It appears as if it were frozen. Also, half of the shortcut icons (mainly games) on the desktop appear in a white file format. One last thing is Google Chrome keeps crashing every 5 minutes and it is not saving the browsing history. Please
help and thank you.
