Windows 10: Windows 10 update 12/8

Hi
After upting the other day i have some strange problems:
For example if i open the volume control the volume automatically scrolls to maximum. The only way to stop it is to close the volume control.
In my web mail program if i move the mouse cursor inside the window with the mail list it will immidiately start to scroll down to the oldestmail. It stops when i move the cursor out of this window.

Not able to use the Save-as option for downloading files through Microsoft Edge in Windows 10.

there were two updates done on 8/10--I assume one fixed the problem. The updates are:

KB3074678

KB3074686

I was out of town from 8/10 to 8/12 and when I booted up on 8/12 I was able to "save as".

Hope this resolves it for you too.....

ran update every morning; same outcome, i.e. "up to date".

(fyi, last updates 12/9/15); see below for win10 items.

have run update troubleshooter several times, as administrator; same result. "no problem".

winver still reports build 10240
