Windows 10: Windows 10 update 1809 frozen in "dowloading"

I hit "check for updates" in settings this morning as I always do and now I am stuck with the screen saying "windows 10 update 1809" status - downloading 100%. I can do all things on my computer, but not check for updates as that screen has been saying that since 7:02 AM. What can I do?

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
