Windows 10: Windows 10 Update 1903 Created Audio Problem When Switching Monitors, Can I Fix?

I consistently use "Show Only On 1" monitor or just "Show Only On 2" Monitor (monitor 2 if just a TV i use to watch stuff).
Before updating to Windows 1903, i could switch from "Show Only On 1" monitor to "Show Only On 2" monitor (In the Windows Display Settings) and i could switch the audio fine in settings.
Now when i do the same, Windows 10 doesn't recognise the new audio device (the tv) until i "troubleshoot sound problems", and then it recognises it so i can change. Can i fix this so it was like before the update on the current update or is the only way to go back an update?

Problems switching audio devices

To understand the issue better, I would like to know what is the make and model of the computer?



I appreciate the steps you have perform, let’s try simple methods and check if this helps.

Method 1.

I would suggest you to run sound audio troubleshooter, it will automatically detect the problem and fix it. Follow the below method.

• 
  Press Windows key + R and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View by: category and click on
  Small icon.
  
• 
  Now click on troubleshooting and click on
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on Playing Audio and Click on Next button.
  

If the issue still persist, try the below method:



Method 2.

I suggest you to update the audio driver and check.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device manager.
  
• Now click on Audio input and outputs and right click on it and
  update the software.

If the issue still persist, I recommend you to go to the computer manufacturer website and download the latest updated sound adapter for Windows 10 and install the same. If the available driver is not for Windows 10 try installing the
driver in compatibility mode.

• 
  Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties.
  
• 
  Select Compatibility tab.
  
• 
  Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.
  
• 
  Let the driver install and then check the functionality.

Creative X-Fi Soundcards and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709 = Complete Disaster / Not Working

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.
