Windows 10: windows 10 update 2004 fps problems

hello there

is there any way to go back to the old updates like 1909 or 1903?

i've been getting a lot of stress out of 2004 having frame rate problems with my favorite gameslike destiny 2 where i used to have 115~120 fps all the time and now i have only 70 and so i came to the conclusion that what is causing the problems is the update

my specs are : Ryzen 5 2600 RX 570 4gb 24gb of ram 2666ghz a 120gb ssd for the OS and a 1tb HD for games and stuff

Low FPS after Update 2004

Hello!

After update i see 2-3 times lower FPS than before (1909 build). Both case use latest Nvidia drivers.

for example - Destiny 2 at 1909 has 280-300 fps on load screen, aftre 2004 - no more than 90 fps.

Can anybody confirm this problem?

By the way - when 2004 : boot time grow, windows search spend more time. Update process spend over 4-hours on SSD.

Low FPS after Update 2004

Hi.

I`ve already a few time reinstall driver, and clean install also already done . Same driver version both 1909 and 2004- Lates nvidia WHQL build at post time. 2004 - slow. For example in furmark 1909 got ~7100 mark, 2004 - ~6800. FPS sync is off always.
Currently a revert back to 1909 from HDD image. A cannot disable windows update- thanks Microsoft.
