Windows 10: Windows 10 update 2024-07 Cumulative Update version 22H2 for x64 -based systems KB5040427...

Windows 10 update 2024-07 Cumulative Update version 22H2 for x64 -based systems KB5040427 makes the laptop restart frequently. Also the laptop is set back to a clean blue screen, looks like it's back to factory settings. Prompts to log in to one drive each time the laptop restarts. Tried to troubleshoot windows update, shows no trouble shoot error. I have paused the windows update for 7 days. Any suggestions or solutions as to why this is happening after regular updates.

We have multiple Windows 10 22H2 workstations that do not detect 2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5037768). If you run the Windows update list in powershell or click "Check for updates" we see the following:

KB5037771 134GB Windows 11, version 23H2

The KB listed appears to be related to the 2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11. Why is this appearing on a Windows 10 machine and why won't the Windows 10 machine detect 2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5037768)? We have attempted the Windows Update reset script on affected already without resolution to this issue.
