Windows 10: Windows 10 update 8/13/2022 3 KB's

So after installing the first 2 KB's the 3rd one ending in 16 did not go at the same time. I shut the PC down overnight and turned on the system and the update ending in 16 still had not execute. It was taking 20 minutes afterwards to launch my antivirus. One program I have on Steam took about an hour an 45 minutes to open and then it still wouldn't run so I had to kill it. Finally the patch ending in 16 ran but windows hung on the restart. So I had to kill it it was running for over an hour. The internet was slow and It blue screened me 3 times.On one of the recoveries DUser.dll disappeared o
