This complaint is well known, but all Microsoft cares about is its own interest, because it can. People are sheep more than not and will simply live or overlook what bothers them if doing so costs less time.     First step isn't right click.

    The download is a zip file. The program is portable.

    If you can't even run that, and given other issues, and the length of this thread, and if an in-place upgrade repair install won't help, suggest you're looking at a clean install.

  3. February Windows 10 Update Causing Loss of USB and Blue Screens!

    As posted over at Computer World, the February Windows 10 patch for the fall creators update to version 1709 is causing serious crashes and loss of USB.

    When most everyone is using USB ports for their mouse and keyboard, this will render them inoperable.

    Best case is to uninstall the Feb update:
