Windows 10: Windows 10 update assistant error.

Windows 10 update assistant has downloaded,verified,updated Windows 10 77% or above but it is again and again opening media creation tool and even after sometime media creation tool is also showing error. I have deleted temporary and the tools files but the same is happening.
