Windows 10: Windows 10 update broken due to power failure

Dear friends,

I have not studied software but I am using windows 10 for the last four years.

I was using a tablet DELL VENUE 11 PRO 5130. The main battery of it dead now and I was using it pluged in to the line. Once it asked me to update and I cliked yes. Unfortunately the line power went out in the middle of update. I have tried many times to manage it online but it repeating every time saying "your PC ran into a problem, we will start for you in few minutes". After restarting it again repeating the process. Once it asked me to take help of friend and I have shown it to a friend who is working in IT field. He tried to re-install windows but not successful. Now what can I do?

On checking the system it says all parts are OK.

TELL ME A SOLUTION.

Windows 8 failure configuring updates and reverting

I agree 8 is awful! It's not for me though... I replaced a broken screen in a Win 8 laptop that was given to me and I am going to give it for free to someone that can't afford one so they can do homework at home. Yes I took it from 8 to 8.1 back on 10/09/2014. This is what I posted there...

1. Step 1 should read to disable AUTOMATIC updates, not disable manual updates.

2. KB2871398 should really read KB2871389

I would like to say that KB2917499 may also be needed as it was in my case. I also had to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter after installing those 2 updates. After these steps I was able to begin my 8.1 download from the Microsoft store. I don't know if it made a difference or not, but I also went into the Bios and disabled "Secure Boot."

win 10 auto update interrupted after 55% download due to power failure

I was downloading win 10 update from win 7. suddenly the power went off and my win 10 auto update was intrupped due to power failure. How I continue from last update that is 54% and go ahead with the download. Please help
