Windows 10: Windows 10 update changed my lock screen background

So I got my laptop and really liked the lock screen background it had. A recent update changed it and I can't find the original anywhere. It was a picture of an upward shot on a grassy hill covered in fog with a old weathered path leading up to the silhouettes of people standing on top. If I could get help pointing me towards where I can find that image it would be great.

Change your lock screen background:

• Right click on Desktop, click on Personalization, and on
  Lock screen in the left pane.
• Here, under Background (click on the drop down arrow) you will see
  Windows spotlight, Picture, Slideshow.
• Select Windows Spotlight, lock the screen (Press Windows key + L) and check if it helps.
• Also, you can select Picture, Choose your picture, lock the screen and check if the issue persists.

For you to change the image on the lock screen of your Windows 10, you have to manually do it in each profile. Here are the steps on how to change lock screen in Windows 10:

• Select Windows button.
• Click Settings, then, Personalization.
• On the left pane of the Personalization page, click on
  Lock screen.
• Under background, you can choose Windows spotlight,
  Picture, Slideshow to personalize your Lock screen.
• Press Ctrl + L to lock your computer and see if the lock screen changed.

How to change sign-in screen (NOT lock screen) background?

Yes you can change the sign-in screen background.

Change the Login Screen Background on Windows 10.

Follow these simple steps below together with these screenshots

Step 1: Head over to your Settings and then
Personalization.

Step 2: Once you’re here select the Lock screen tab and enable the
Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen option.

If you want to change the background of your sign in screen then you can do that.

All you have to is just:

Step 1: Do you see that Windows Spotlight option? Yeah that gives you all the spectacular background images from various beautiful places in the world.

You can also select Picture or Slideshow if you want your own family photos, or pictures that you simply want to cherish each day by using it as your background on your Windows 10.

If you instead want to go with a flat color rather than a background image itself then follow these simple steps:
