Windows 10: Windows 10 Update error 0x8007000d

I have been trying to update to "2023-11 2023-11 Cumulative update for windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 KB5032189" after reaching 100% in install the error 0x8007000d appears. I have tried windows update trouble-shooter, resetting windows update components manually. I also have been having a problem with my ram becoming standby memory over up to 5 GB I have 16 but 4 are used for apu maybe that has something to do with it is there anything i can try to fix this problems.

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?
