Windows 10: Windows 10 update error 0x800703f1.

Hello. I'm running a Windows 10 Asus TUF A15 2021 Edition. I keep getting error 0x800703f1 when I try to update to 21H1. This error also appears when trying to turn on telnet so it is slightly inconvenient. SFC and DISM scans fail. Clean boot also doesn't work. The Update Troubleshooter can't detect the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I've upgrade windows 7 home basic to windows 10 on early August 2015 and then get some updates thru windows update, but unfortunately since end of September 2015 until now, I always fail to update Windows 10, the error message
always appear :

"There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help:

•

  note :windows defender update is still working thru windows update
  
  it makes me disappointed, is there Any body can help me?

Windows 10 Update Center gives me error 0x800703f1


For the last month and a half I've been getting error 0x800703f1 while trying to update Windows 10 Pro x64 (KB3105210, KB3087040, KB3106932 and the new Treshold 2 to be exact). Manual installation failed at Step 2. I tried EVERYTHING. From SFC to DISM, from Deleting stuff in SoftwareDistribution to using Windows Update troubleshooter. NOTHING helped. Is there any way to fix this without having to reinstall my entire OS because I have some valuable information on my PC which I DON'T want to lose. I really would appreciate if someone would help me out here
