Windows 10: Windows 10 update error: 0x80242016 and 0xc1900101

I have been getting an error when windows when trying to update to Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2. On two different computers I get the two above errors. Both with trying to do the same update. It downloads it every time, goes through the whole process of installing, rebooting and then when the pc reboots, I get a message that windows could not update.On both PC's I have done a clean factory reset, have not connected any hardware or third-party antivirus but still keep getting the same error. I've googled so many different people saying how to try and fix this and all haven't worke

I have installed windows 10 1903 by clean way and tried update operating system, but after all windows updates i have checked the update list and seen that pic



but it turned out already have installed that update in "installed updates"



So the main question is "do i need reinstall that update or it installed correct and everything is okay?"

Unable to upgrade one of the system to Windows 10 Update Error 0xC1900101 - 0x20004

Thank you for the reply. I read both of those threads already.

1. Resetting BIOS. I flashed BIOS to the latest version. Currently running default settings. No change.

2. Andre da Costa brings up a list of reasons. For error 0xC1900101-0x20017 he says refer to error 0xc000021a.

2a. Regarding his troubleshooting steps for error 0xc000021a. He says to wipe the drive and switch from NTFS to GPT. This is incorrect. If this was true, then no one could update from Windows 7 to Windows 10 without a clean install. Beyond which, I updated
my first desktop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 when it was running Windows 7 on NTFS.

2b. Regarding his additional troubleshooting steps for error 0xC1900101-0x20017. He has a number of suggestions, such as disabling peripherals. I tried all of these for both .iso and USB installs. No luck.

Any other suggestions?
