Windows 10: Windows 10 update error 0xa000400, help me fix this, I am unable to update my window?

help me fix this, I am unable to update my window. I am getting this error again and again 0xa0000400.First i tried to update it from the PC settings but it gave me this error shown in first screenshot.

Then i moved to Windows 10 Update Assistant,hoping that it would overcome this error,but it gave me another error there.

Windows update issues

Just a real quick question for you guys. Have any of you been having issues with Windows Update at all? I havent gotten updates in about 2months because of the following:

Error code 8024402f. I get the following from Help and support:

Its like this even with a fresh install of different OS's.

Not sure how to fix it.
