    Windows 10 Update Error 16/07/2018


    I installed the update, now:

    1) I can't play games (or get 10fps)

    2) My driver doesn't run DX12, OpenGL and such like that

    3) PC gives "Display driver failed to start; using Microsoft Basic Display Driver instead." error

    None of these happened before the update. Here is info on my PC (after DxDiag):

    Dİd the research; nothing showed up so if someone knows the answer can they send it ASAP?

    Windows 10 Build 10.0.17134 Changelog:​Build 17134 was the 23rd Insider Preview build of Windows 10 released after Fall Creators Update. It was released on April 16, 2018. This new build arrived via new "RS4" (RedStone4) development branch.

    2018-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4338819) - Error 0x80070020

    I have same error 2018-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4338819) - Error 0x80070020 and using the manual download from the catalog link also did not work. I am not comfortable going through the steps to block updates,
    thinking that is not a good idea. Would much rather Microsoft work the bugs out of this update and then try again.
