Windows 10: Windows 10 Update Error Code 0x80073712

I have got this message following an abortive attempt to install 2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10, any body know how to rectify this?

I am not able to connect the i phone with PC (dell windows 10 64bit) due following update error Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried with following options but still problem update is due

Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files

Step 2: Run the DISM tool

Please suggest me how to solve this issuse
