Windows 10: Windows 10 Update Error encountered - 0x80070643

I am getting an error 0x80070643 when trying to run Windows 10 updates.Many posts with this error mentioned, but none of the solutions mentioned are fixing my problem.Seeking assistance to find out how to fix this error.I know I am duplicating a question on this forum, but all the threads I have found are locked, so not able to add any comments on them.I have done all the steps to delete Software Distribution and Catroot2 folders.Ran chkdsk, SCF and DISM.Also tried the Dot Net Framework repair tool.All to no avail.Thanks for any suggestions that anyone may offer.Thanks.

error 0x80070643 (update)

Hey

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
